Requirements

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive patient care plans through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and evaluation. This role involves collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care across all age groups including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe patient assessments and reassessments
• Administer medications safely and accurately (following 5 rights)
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly
• Provide pain management and patient/family education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, LPNs, and ancillary staff
• Ensure patient safety and reduce risk of medical errors
• Assist with medical procedures and treatments within scope
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
