Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. They establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals, document patient progress, and educate patients and families. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Must have graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be in the process of licensure. Current CPR certification.
