Customer Service Representative

Customer Service SpecialistSensata Technologies is looking for a Customer Service Specialist whose primary responsibility will be interacting with external customers, providing information, providing support, and solving problems related to inquiries and order status. The role will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor in the Aerospace Business Unit. The ideal candidate has a track record of high performance in a customer service role and a "Customer First" mindset. The person must use interpersonal skills to negotiate and resolve internal and external customer needs. They should have prior experience working in teams, strong business acumen, proven success in supporting order management, and problem-solving skills related to customer satisfaction.Key Results:Well connected to and highly responsive to our customer's needsResponsive and timely in interfacing with customers on orders, issues, and inquiries.Team player willing to be flexible and assume additional responsibilities to support customers' needs.General Responsibilities:Highly responsive to the needs of the customer service team.Ensures communication is provided in a timely manner regarding orders, issues and inquiries.Leads with a willingness to be flexible to support customers' needs.Offers timely and accurate information regarding order status of critical orders, and urgent inquiries from customer service team.Recommends areas of improvement within different areas in order to ensure there is no impact to the customer.Experience / Qualifications:Relevant work experience or knowledge of the roleMust be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demandsStrong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve resultsHolds self-accountable to achieving goals and standardsProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Experience in interfacing with customers, in a fast moving, high growth, and global company is preferredHourly Base Pay Range: $27.00 - $37.13At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.
