Schedule: Part time with flexible hours Events usually run from 9-2 or 12-5 (may vary) Hiring for Spring 2026, with the role continuing year-round Pay:

• 17.42 per hour through training
• 20-25 per hour based on the number of events worked

More events = higher pay per hour! You enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and helping groups succeed. Specifically, you: Are at least 18 years old Available for orientation (April 6-10) and at least one weekday per week (8am - 5pm) thereafter Comfortable with heights and physical activity Willing to work in Annandale, Maple Lake, and Eden Prairie (carpooling available) Can guide groups through challenges and foster teamwork Can pass a background check Skills You’ll Use Success in this role comes from your ability to: Communicate clearly and connect with participants of all ages Motivate and encourage participants through challenges Resolve conflicts and think on your feet Work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations Handle challenging behaviors, including physical aggression About Us: True Friends is a nonprofit organization providing life-changing experiences that enhance independence and self-esteem for children and adults with disabilities.
