Personal Lines Account Manager

Personal Lines Account Manager Account Managers are primarily responsible for servicing personal lines insurance policies (new and renewal) while creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, underwriters, and other professionals. Responsibilities Maintain a Property & Casualty license along with keeping up with Continuing Education. Understand and follow the Cross Basic Procedure Manual. Understand and follow the Personal Lines Workflow Manual. Only use approved Action Codes in AMS 360. Follow up and complete open suspense’s daily. Service and sell personal insurance products to prospective and existing clients. Establish & maintain good working relationships with company personnel (underwriters, marketing representatives, company service center, and claims representatives). Provide quality customer service to existing and prospective clients. Proactively retain accounts when applicable. Stay up to date on new insurance products and market/industry trends. Understand and analyze insurance coverage and policy forms. Strong written, oral and phone communication skills. Organize, set, and maintain priorities. Work knowledge and/or experience with AMS360, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams), and PL Rater. Collect payment information, upload payments to various company websites, and record activity notes in AMS360. Meet annual sales goal. Follow up on all ‘Broker of Record’ letters within your assigned book of business. Service an average size book of business. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience servicing personal lines insurance policies. License in Property & Casualty and compliance with Continuing Education. Knowledge of AMS360, Microsoft Office suite, and PL Rater. Strong customer service and communication skills. Bilingual preferred. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this role is $55,000.00–$65,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
