Location: Bellevue, WA (Factoria)

Salary Range : $90,000- $105,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Bonuses : $5,000 Sign-on bonus, Production Bonuses, Profit Sharing

SPT Factoria is a growing sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving active adults and athletes in an open-gym, movement-focused environment. SPT - Factoria seeking a Clinic Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical operations, mentoring staff, and elevating the patient experience. At Sports Physical Therapy, you’ll join a collaborative, high‑energy team dedicated to exceptional care and continuous professional growth.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Management and marketing experience preferred
• Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations
• Strong communication and time-management skills
