The Opportunity

325 Capital is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our investment team as an analyst. The ideal candidate will have a consulting, investment banking, or PE background (relevant internship experience will be considered) at a top-tier firm.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct detailed market and company strategic analysis, financial analysis and valuation models similar to those used in private equity and hedge fund industries.

2. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and make recommendations based on findings.

3. Present findings and recommendations to the investment committee.

4. Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

Background Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3.75 GPA.

· 0-2 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity (relevant internship experience will be considered).

· Strong analytics skills with the ability to create market, company, and industry analyses and financial models.

· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Python is a plus.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
