3-5 Years of DON Exp  
The DON oversees care for the campus-both the SNF and ALF.
-Three (3) years of experience in nursing service administration with line management responsibilities.
Heavy experience with Senior Living. Need experience working in MN. 
Previous experience in long term care, home health or acute care nursing
-Master’s degree in nursing.
OR
-Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a Master’s degree in business or a health-related field.
-Will consider candidates who commit to completing the required degree within six (6) months from application date.

Current MN RN License and BSN required
