And management of acute vol/BP issues Insertion of Central line Insertion of Arterial line Insertion of PA catheter Insertion of IABP General Vascular surgery Open Endovascular Aneurysm repair - aorto-abdominal Bypass procedures - aorto-femoral/iliac Fem-pop Endarterectomy (Not specified below) Carotid Renal Subclavian steal procedure JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Board Certified Licenses: Active TN license or Universal License (IMLC) Certifications: ACLS Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive Cardiothoracic surgical care in CVICU, ICU, and cardiac step-down units. Perform coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repairs/replacements (AVR/MVR), and TEVAR/EVAR procedures. Manage acute volume/blood pressure issues and ventilator management in critically ill patients. Insert central lines, arterial lines, PA catheters, and intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP) as needed. Oversee post-operative surgical patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
