KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct nursing care across assigned hospital units
Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care based on facility-specific protocols
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and communicate changes in patient condition
Support unit charge RN and interdisciplinary team

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
BLS certification current
Minimum 1 year acute-care RN experience
Local El Paso candidates only
