We provide a wide range of walk-in, psychiatric, substance abuse, and crisis services to adults and children.About the RoleWe are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Developmental Disability (DD) Supervisor - Residential Based to join our team full-time. This role is essential to our mission, providing therapy, crisis support, and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Developmental Disability (DD) Supervisor - Residential Based with ACS, you will oversees daily operations in residential programs, maintains accreditation readiness, and supports individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use needs through coordination of services and person-centered planning.Supervision & Staff SupportSupervise and support residential direct care staff, including conducting supervision meetings, reviewing documentation, approving timesheets, and ensuring compliance with training requirements.Provide coaching, orientation, and ongoing professional development for staff.Program Oversight & ComplianceEnsure residential facilities meet regulatory, safety, and sanitation standards through regular inspections and documentation.Monitor medication storage and facility/vehicle safety, reporting issues to management as needed.Maintain accreditation readiness through documentation reviews, policy updates, and quality assurance activities.Client Care & Service CoordinationDevelop, implement, and maintain Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), including updates every 90 days and facilitation of PCP meetings.Provide service coordination, link individuals and families to community resources, and facilitate authorizations with the MCO or funding source.This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. It is not intended to include every duty or responsibility that may be required of employees in this position.CompensationThis role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.Compensation: $47,126.43 - $60,514.68Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.What You Can ExpectLead and support staff by providing guidance, training, and supervision.Oversee daily residential operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment.Coordinate care plans and services to help individuals achieve their goals.Connect individuals and families with resources and support services in the community.ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and support residential direct care staff.Ensure homes meet safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) for individuals served.Coordinate services, community resources, and authorizations to support individual needs.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a field other than human services with 4 years experience working with the MH/SA/DD population to be served.A bachelor’s degree in human services with 2 years experience working with the population served.A master’s degree in human services with 1 year experience working with population served.A professionally licensed clinicianCertification/Licensure Requirements:Must possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record in good standing if driving a personal and/or company owned vehicle in the course of work.CPR & CPI certification required (will be provided post hire if not already certified)Why Join UsWe are focused on creating a model where clinicians are supported, not overloaded.
