Now hiring for a Customer Service Rep-State Farm Agent Team Member. Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license REQUIRED. Life & Health license preferred.

Experience: State Farm Insurance Agency experience REQUIRED.

About the Role: We're hiring a State Farm Agent team member to join our office as a generalist. You'll handle customer service for existing policyholders and support new prospects with protection conversationsnot "one-and-done" work.

What You'll Do:

Help Current Policyholders

Handle customer service inquiries with accuracy and care
Address gaps during conversations by asking relevant questions
Offer/maximize discounts when available (where permitted)
Help customers upgrade coverage to protect what matters
Pivot to additional products when appropriate

Help New Prospects Handle new leads from: referrals, call-ins / walk-ins, social media, internet leads, StateFarm.com leads, and other sources

Our Service Philosophy We don't do "one-and-done." We follow: TAKE CARE ? LOOK ? ASK ? HELP ? PIVOT ? CLOSE Take Care + 1: you'll help with what they need and find at least one additional appropriate way we can helpwithout pressure.

Training & Coaching Word tracks, product knowledge, and role-playing Ongoing training so you can grow your confidence and protection conversations

Base pay (DOE)

Total compensation = (Base pay + unlimited incentive pay), determined by production, skills, licenses, education, and experience.
