Overview
The Data Center and Customer Edge Network Engineering team is seeking a Director to lead Mastercard’s next-generation WAN strategy through the global deployment of SD-WAN and the transformation of the customer edge network. This leader will be accountable for driving scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across thousands of sites globally. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, execution discipline, and a passion for building high-performing teams and future-ready platforms.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
