Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join their client, in California. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience. The Construction Superintendent will play a crucial role in managing on-site construction activities and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities.
Supervise crews, subcontractors, and site safety.
Coordinate schedules, inspections, and materials.
Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

Several years of experience as a construction superintendent.
Strong knowledge of commercial or utility construction.
Ability to read plans and manage schedules effectively.
Leadership skills and a safety-focused mindset.

Requirements

Education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details

The position offers a salary range from $60,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
