DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable team members who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. Willing to take on supportive kitchen tasks, such as washing dishes and appliances, emptying trash receptacles, scrubbing floors, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and prepared for guests.

• Operate and maintain the dish washing equipment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
• Assist with the organization and stocking of clean dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils and storage containers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dish washing station and surrounding areas
• Maintain clean / dry floors throughout the shift
• Change water of machines and sinks as mandated, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by management
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including the proper handling and disposal of kitchen waste throughout their shift
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by Kitchen Lead

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
• Ability to lift and carry heavy weight, and stand for extended periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including afternoons, evenings and weekends
