Project ManagerAtlanta, GA (Hybrid with 3 days work from office/ week)JD:3–7+ years of project management experience in telecommunications/broadband/data infrastructure, or network operations.Understanding of HFC, fiber, DOCSIS, construction workflows, and service delivery processes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume environment.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.Project Leadership:Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Drive execution of upgrades, node splits, plant extensions, commercial builds, and service delivery initiatives.Manage end-to-end delivery of network, broadband, fiber, and infrastructure projects.Cross-Functional Coordination:Lead project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.Facilitate communication between internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.Operational Excellence:Utilize telecom-specific tools and workflows (e.g., CSG/ICOMS, Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure project success.Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, safety requirements, and local permitting regulations.Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and reporting in accordance with PMO guidelines.Preferred:PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.Experience with enterprise-level PMO frameworks.Familiarity with permitting processes, utility coordination, or commercial service installations.
