Legal Associate, Alternative Asset Transactions

Ropes & Gray LLP seeks an experienced Career Associate to support the Alternative Asset Opportunities Practice Group in Boston. This full-time role focuses on fund investments, co-investments, secondary transactions, and related governance matters for institutional investor clients.
The ideal candidate is an attorney with at least five years of transactional experience, able to work independently, and capable of building trusted client relationships while navigating a sophisticated investment
