This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a fast‑paced, high‑quality production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, safety, lean manufacturing tools, and Six Sigma tools. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity. Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools to optimize production processes. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to, promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high product standards. Coordinate with other departments for production planning and scheduling, ensuring that production targets are met. Identify areas for procedural improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Report on production activities and performance indicators to senior management. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of production planning and scheduling. Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools and Six Sigma tools. Strong understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in implementing procedural improvements. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
