Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree required for SLP applicants
• Valid SLP certification or SLPA license (school-based experience preferred for SLPA candidates)
• Experience within educational settings with school-aged children
• Proficiency with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language interventions to students in grades K-8
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and individualized treatment plans
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress reports
• Support students’ use of AAC devices as needed
• Maintain accurate records of interventions and student progress
• Participate in team meetings and in-service professional development
