OBGYN Hospitalist Opportunity in Orlando, Florida – $50K Sign-On Bonus and Additional Incentives

Our organization is looking for both full-time and part-time OB/GYN Hospitalists to become part of a nationally acclaimed team at a leading women's hospital located in downtown Orlando.

The role involves delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services, primarily focusing on Labor & Delivery, Postpartum care, OB/GYN Triage, and urgent GYN surgical procedures. Coverage will also extend to additional facilities within our network.

• Full-time staff will complete 14 clinical 12-hour shifts each month , which includes 12-hour shifts at the main hospital and 24-hour shifts at partner locations (each 24-hour shift counts as two shifts).

• No on-call duties; opportunities to take on extra shifts are available.

• Work within a collaborative environment featuring 24/7 OB Anesthesia, in-house Neonatology (with a 142-bed Level IV NICU), APP support, and multiple OB attendings present on-site.

• Access to extensive subspecialty support, including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, UroGynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, Breast Medical and Surgical Oncology, and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

• Starting base salary of $380,000 .

• A $50,000 sign-on bonus along with annual performance and retention bonuses.

• Must possess an MD or DO degree.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (certification required within three years) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
