Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, using MasterCAM software, to drive our cutting-edge manufacturing processes. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for precision, and a deep understanding of fixture design. Responsibilities:

• 1. Develop and optimize CNC programs using MasterCAM for various machines to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• 2. Design and implement custom fixtures to hold workpieces during machining operations.
• 3. Collaborate with the production team and engineers to determine optimal machining strategies and sequences.
• 4. Perform regular testing and inspection of CNC programs to ensure they meet design specifications.
• 5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining.
• 6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• 7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• 8. Ensure all CNC machines are operating at peak performance and that routine maintenance is carried out.
• 9. Provide training and support to machine operators and other staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• 2. Proficiency in MasterCAM or equivalent software.
• 3. Experience in fixture design and implementation.
• 4. Strong understanding of machining principles and manufacturing processes.
