What You'll Be Doing:
Be the Face of the Fun Welcome guests with energy, enthusiasm, and a big smile while bringing Merlin's values to life in every interaction.
Create Awesome Memories Turn ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences by engaging with guests and spreading LEGO magic throughout the attraction.
Keep the Adventure Flowing Help manage attractions and queues so guests can spend less time waiting and more time having fun.
Make It Shine Keep our attraction looking amazing by ensuring public areas are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
Power the Magic Behind the Scenes Support opening and closing procedures and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience
About You
- 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
- Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
- Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
- Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
