Responsibilities Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations and ensure quality standards are met. Lead and train a team of landscape technicians in best practices and safety procedures. Manage scheduling, equipment, and inventory for efficient workflow. Conduct regular site inspections to assess landscape health and project progress. Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns. Implement sustainable landscaping practices to enhance environmental stewardship. Monitor and report on team performance and project outcomes. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance. Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and maintenance techniques. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL preferred. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Positive attitude and a passion for landscape aesthetics and maintenance.
