Your professionalism, calm presence, and attention to safety help turn a difficult situation into a reassuring experience for the customer.Your day involves responding to calls, safely loading and transporting vehicles, and interacting with customers who may be frustrated or overwhelmed. You'll follow clear procedures, prioritize safety, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
