Senior Account Strategist

What You'll Do:

Criteo is in search of an organized self-motivated Sr. Account Strategist to join our Account Strategy team. You will be supporting our Retail Media business, an exciting and growing product within Criteo's product suite. You will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship with our brand partners, ensuring we are meeting their goals, and being a pivotal part of growing these partnerships.

• Managing the day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their goals and expectations.

• Digging deep into the campaign data to build future client strategy

• Present that recommended strategy to the customer during regularly scheduled status calls and check-ins.

• Partner with the sales team to up-sell accounts and drive additional revenue through insightful learnings and recommendations.

• Work with internal teams to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, goals are being met, and technical issues are being troubleshooted timely and efficiently.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of direct client management experience in a data driven environment

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience required

• Ability to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company

• Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate complex situations

• Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

• Genuine enthusiasm for a space that is in constant motion and desire to influence through idea generation and teamwork

• Stepping up to lead projects and that move the Account Strategy organization forward

• Mentor and coach new members of the Account Strategy organization

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$100,000 - $105,000
