RN – Nurse Lead

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide unit-based leadership in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and staff.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing and ancillary personnel using professional and supervisory discretion.
• Ensure all patients receive cost-effective, professional care resulting in positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest level of patient safety and assess steps to improve the quality of patient experience.
