Part-Time Leasing Consultant

The Hallmark Company is currently hiring for a dynamic part-time Leasing Consultant to act as the initial ambassador between the public, residents, and property management team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides great first impression while greeting prospective residents, showing model units as well as available vacancies. Answers phone calls with courtesy and accuracy Qualifies prospective residents and verifies application data Maintains daily traffic sheets, pest control logs, and maintenance logs Follows up with prospects and sends thank you notes Completes and checks lease packets prior to every move in Prepares clubhouse, leasing materials, and models for viewing Shops other apartment communities monthly as assigned and assists in preparing monthly marketing analysis Makes corporate and marketing calls daily as assigned Assists with all leasing activities and resident relations Education and Work Experience Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
