Summary : Leads installation teams and performs advanced troubleshooting, assists with commissioning, and system integration.
Responsibilities :
· Lead crews hands on, on commercial AV projects.
· Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics.
· Ensure installations meet company and industry standards.
· Coordinate schedules and materials with Project Manager
· Review project drawings and identify installation issues.
· Interface with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Qualifications :
· 4–7 years of AV/low-voltage experience.
· Strong knowledge of networking, AV signal flow, and system integration.
· Experience leading crews and managing projects.
· Industry certifications preferred (CTS, CTS-I, manufacturer certifications).
