Job Summary: As a Field Service Representative, you will be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for customers in a variety of industries, including media filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), and ultrafiltration (UF). Key Characteristics Conduct maintenance and calibration activities Consult with Veolia management and operation teams Excellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance Create and maintain site paperwork and detailed technical summaries of work performed Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, SDI, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams Skilled in use of computers for reports, emails, service manuals, etc. Qualifications Education & Experience Required: High School Diploma / GED 2+ years’ experience in service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in maintenance Ability to respond after hours and weekends; primary hours M-F 7am to 3pm This is a minimal travel role Working conditions can be outside, in a trailer using our fleet assets, or at fixed location Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
