About the Position

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: MRI Technologist Specialty: MRI Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day/Evening Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent MRI experience License: ARRT, MR Registered Certifications: BLS Certification, Certified MRI Technologist - ARRT (MR) Must-Have: Proficient in Neuro, MSK, and abdominal imaging Description: We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with a minimum of 5 years of recent MRI experience. The candidate must be proficient in performing MRI studies for outpatients and inpatients in various settings, including critical care and ER. Experience with Adult and Pediatric studies is required. Candidates should have familiarity with GE Architect and SECTRA PACS systems. The role involves performing MRI studies on all body parts. The equipment utilized includes GE Explorer Lift 24.0 OS 1.5T, GE Architect 26.0 OS 3.0T, and Siemens Espree 1.5T. Independent working skills are necessary for this position. The facility is a Level Two Trauma Center with 425 beds and is certified for stroke care. The dress code requires gray scrubs. This position requires floating to over units or departments, but MRI Technologists will not be floating.
