Endocrinologist

Northern Dutchess Hospital, affiliated with Nuvance Health, is seeking a full-time outpatient Endocrinologist to join an established and busy employed practice in Kingston, NY. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a colleague in a neighboring practice and potentially expand coverage to other area office locations. The position includes potential for an academic appointment or teaching responsibilities, and a generous sign-on bonus may be available. Practice Info Join an established and busy employed practice in Kingston, NY with an APRN APRN sees patients independently and covers for the physician Opportunity to collaborate with a colleague approximately 25 miles away in a neighboring practice Support services include Community Educators in the Kingston area, Northwell and Nuvance Radiology services and metabolic practices Adult only practice Opportunity to expand coverage to other area office locations Responsibilities Teaching responsibility to residents and medical students Compensation Salary Range: $285,000 - $325,000 annually commensurate or relative to experience Competitive total compensation package including base salary, incentive pay Generous sign on bonus may be available Sign on bonus Relocation allowance Retention bonus offered Benefits Paid time off CME time off and allowance Medical Dental Vision Life Disability 401k match Eligible employees may qualify for forgiveness of certain federal student loans under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Shift & Schedule Completely outpatient No call responsibilities Monday-Friday practice Flexibility to work a few days of the week in Kingston and a few days in Poughkeepsie if mutually agreeable Requirements MD or DO with NY State and Federal Narcotic Use Registration Successfully completed an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency and be Board Certified in either Completed a full Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism and be Board Certified or Board Eligible Preferred: Prior experience as an Endocrinologist but new graduates are welcome to applyaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
