About the Role As a Business Systems Analyst, you will delve deeper into evaluating system requirements and enhancing existing applications. By integrating more specialized tasks, you contribute significantly to the success of new systems and process improvements. Your role ensures that the IT solutions are well-aligned with business needs and deliver high value. Responsibilities Conduct detailed evaluations of new applications and system requirements. Translate business needs into precise technical specifications. Create detailed documentation for system enhancements. Perform user testing and solve problems with minimal supervision. Prepare and update comprehensive user manuals and training materials. Maintain and update databases accurately. Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for system-related issues. Capture and analyze feedback to recommend process upgrades. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Skills Analytical skills in detailed system and requirements analysis. Communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Documentation: Skilled in creating detailed and accurate technical documentation. Project management: Basic project management abilities to assist in project timelines. SQL: Proficient in SQL queries and database updates.Problem‑solving: Improved troubleshooting and issue‑resolution skills. Technical understanding: Broader understanding of various system architectures. Collaboration: Effective team collaboration and coordination skills. Level Criteria Requires working knowledge and expanded conceptual knowledge in primary technical job family and broadens capabilities; has worked with and is proficient with current technologies. Understands key business drivers and builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers. Performs a range of technical assignments and solves moderately complex problems under guidance of established policies and procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; may provide informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations. Compensation Compensation: $68,900.00 - $118,050.00 USD. This role is eligible for bonus.
