Market Sales Leader

Bimbo Bakeries

Responsibilities Lead execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices. Establish store‑level growth plans aligned with zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization, and build customer relationships that support store growth goals. Execute on all growth opportunities to increase market share of strategic brands via DSDE best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required. At least 3‑5 years of experience in customer relations or sales. Minimum 6 months experience leading and influencing others. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card. Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language as required by U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. Age 21 years or older. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
