About the Role

As a Production Team Member, youll play an essential role in the preparation of our made to order shirts. Youll be part of a supportive, fast-moving team focused on all shirt orders from start to finish in the production process.

Well provide on-site training - no prior production experience required, just the right attitude!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (no late nights or weekends required)

What Were Looking For

Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and organized, with a love for consistent, process-driven work. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that values accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Working with our inventory system to stock shirts on shelves

• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to product the output of orders

• Layout designs evenly and accurately on shirts to press

• Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

• Ensure quality standards are met on every order and meet company guidelines

• Use a heat press to finish the production of the shirts

What Youll Bring

Required:

• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfort with repetitive tasks and following directions

• Teamwork mentality, with ability to work independently when needed

• Basic computer/technology familiarity
