Primary Location: United States (US) - North Dakota - Fargo

As a Production Specialist - Cycle Count employee with John Deere in Fargo, ND, you will:

• Perform warehousing and inventory transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct inventory audits and provide escalations of discrepancies to team members.
• Provide initial investigation and feedback to Inventory Analysts for further review as needed.
• Ensure timely processing of reels and daily cycle counts at all locations.
• Conduct bin, last time buy and Kanban audits and report issues to Inventory Analysts/Material Coordinators.
• Manage space allocation in vertical storage units (Kardex).
• Process return jobs from SMT Lines.
• Process reels through 'Reel aMounts' and count as needed.
• Manage restock as needed and input material return information into returns tracker.
• Assist with last time buy prepping activities.
• Support FIFO inventory procedures.

This is a first shift position.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least one of the following: High School Diploma or G.E.D. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
• At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience
• Capable of distinguishing part and quantity numbers, and processing numbers by adding and subtracting.
• Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability and willingness to work potential overtime (including weekends).

• Current experience as a contingent worker in a similar role at John Deere Fargo demonstrating strong performance and attendance.
• Prior experience in an assembly, shipping, receiving, or warehouse role that includes forklift operations experience.
