Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care. The RN will work every third weekend and holiday, ensuring patient safety and effective clinical support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current State Nursing Board registration.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an emergency room or acute care setting.
• Strong knowledge of emergency protocols, trauma procedures, and patient assessment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including every third weekend and holiday shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
