What You ll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal care within a state-of-the-art 70-bed Level III NICU
• Manage critically ill and premature newborns requiring advanced neonatal therapies (high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, cooling)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurse practitioners, pediatric specialists, and surgeons
• Participate in an attractive rounding and shared-call schedule
• Lead and mentor pediatric residents and medical students through academic appointments with Mercer University School of Medicine
• Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based neonatal care
• Practice exclusively within the NICU, with no nursery duties

What You Need:

• Medical license in Georgia or eligibility
• U.S. Board Certification in Neonatology
• Minimum of 3 years neonatal ICU experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work within a collaborative environment
