Since 2004 we have provided quality craftsmanship for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects throughout the South Hills area. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality craftsmanship and customer service for all job sites. Work out of your home, scheduling and traveling to jobs in the Monongahela area and nearby suburbs using your own vehicle or a company vehicle. Use your own standard set of tools to perform carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical work. Maintain professional appearance and demeanour, communicating effectively with clients, fellow employees, management, and office personnel. Document work and prepare accurate invoices. Pass background checks and drug screening as required. Qualifications / Requirements Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience strongly preferred. Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work. Own standard set of tools for all required trades. Own truck or van and current, valid driver’s license. Residence within the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Washington, or the Mon Valley area. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Strong documentation and invoicing skills. Professional appearance and demeanour. Capacity to pass a background check and drug screen. Compensation Starting rate of $22.00‑$24.00 per hour based on experience with potential annual income ranging from $45,000 to $55,000, including performance bonuses.
