The Parten Insurance Agency, a proud Farmers Insurance Agency located in Dallas, TX, is seeking motivated, sales-driven professionals to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business through proactive sales, networking, and client relationship management.

- Meet and exceed sales goals in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales (insurance experience strongly preferred).
- Self-motivated professionals with excellent communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance culture.
- Texas insurance license (preferred) or ability to obtain.
