Position SummaryThe Event Assistant will support the preparation and execution of promotional events. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys an active environment, working with people, and contributing to a team.
Responsibilities- Assist with preparing event spaces, tables, displays, and signage
- Organize promotional materials and event supplies
- Support event setup and breakdown
- Welcome attendees and provide basic event information
- Assist with customer engagement and promotional activities
- Help distribute informational and promotional materials
- Keep event areas organized and professional
- Collect attendee feedback and communicate observations to the team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, and professional
- Reliable and comfortable in an active work environment
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous event, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus
- Paid training
