You collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain partners to seek out and resolve outstanding challenges to enable high quality, resilient solutions.- Perform Design for Manufacturing and Design for Test Analysis.- Product Development for cost, quality, and sustainability.- Electrical Design debug for Root Cause Analysis.- Assess Manufacturing Partner and supply chain technical capability gaps.- Craft, analyze and release product documentation.- Technical product lifecycle management.- Drive Sophisticated problem solving and resolution.- Proven ability to perform in a highly collaborative work environment.- Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in HW design and test development, Product Lifecycle Management, and project management.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a Bachelors + 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree program + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include Electrical Engineering or equivalent.- 2+ years related experience with the end-to-end product development process- 2+ years experience with end-to-end Printed Circuit Board Assembly process.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in HW design and test development, Product Lifecycle Management and project management.- Experience with Allegro, Valor and other design tools.- Experience with Agile PDM or Siemens Teamcenter.Why Cisco?
