CDL A Driver - Delivery Specialist

Overview Toyota’s Logistics Services Transport Department in Benicia, California is hiring Delivery Specialists. The role involves safely loading, delivering, and unloading Toyota and Lexus vehicles to selected dealerships, rental car locations, and special events. Toyota does not offer employment‑based visa sponsorship for this position. Responsibilities Load, secure, and deliver finished Toyota and Lexus vehicles to partner dealers or special events. Adhere to Toyota Transport's standard operating procedures to ensure safe loading practices and maintain vehicles in a damage‑free condition. Deliver 2–3 loads each day, working approximately 10–11 hours. Weekend work, particularly Saturdays, is often required. Comply with all relevant DOT laws and regulations. Qualifications Valid Class A commercial driver's license. Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience. Experience driving a tractor/trailer. Acceptable motor vehicle record by company standards. Willingness and ability to work from the Benicia, CA location and in varying environmental conditions (moderate to loud noise, exposure to vehicles, extreme temperatures, all weather, bright sunlight, nighttime). Benefits Starting hourly rate: $34.57 plus $5.15 per vehicle loaded and $3.90 per vehicle unloaded. Potential to earn $120K–$145K per year. Shift options: AM (1:00AM–1:00PM) or PM (1:00PM–1:00AM).
