Remote VP of Corporate Development & M&A

Charles Aris Inc. is recruiting a Vice President of Corporate Development to lead M&A execution for a remote, PE-backed property management platform.

You will own the deal process end-to-end and partner with the president and sponsor to scale the platform. The ideal candidate has proven M&A or corporate development experience, strong financial and analytical skills, and a track record of managing complex transactions and building relationships with owners and key stakeholders.
