HVAC Service TechnicianSuper Service Today is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, service, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systemsPerform routine maintenance and system inspectionsTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issuesClearly explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to customersComplete service documentation accurately and timelyMaintain compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policiesRepresent Super Service Today professionally at all customer locationsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of HVAC service experienceEPA Certification requiredHVAC license preferred (licensed candidates strongly encouraged to apply)Non-licensed technicians considered with strong experience and certificationsStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license with a clear driving recordPreferred SkillsExperience with residential systemsAbility to work independently and manage service calls efficientlyFamiliarity with digital dispatching or service software (a plus)
