The position is customer-focused, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional experience for our clients. Help customers feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories. Answer questions, address worries, respect boundaries, and be sensitive to each person’s individual challenges. Ensure positive customer experience by providing support and compassion. Rotate through other various office tasks throughout the day. Qualifications High School Diploma/ GED. Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills. Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.
