Were looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our Honda team. This is not a sit around and wait job its fast-paced, team-oriented, and perfect for someone who likes connecting with people and making things happen.
What Youll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat
- Schedule sales and service appointments
- Follow up with customers and keep communication flowing
- Help create an exceptional first impression for our dealership
- Work closely with our sales and service teams
- Keep customer information accurate and organized
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Comfortable on the phone and with computers
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required
