As a Business Banking Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based from our DR. PHILLIPS BUSINESS CENTER located at 8020 Conroy Windermere Road in Orlando, Florida 32835-2567.

Job Description

The Business Banking Specialist will:

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactive lead management and referral generation--Leverage experience and acquired knowledge of bank products and services and positions appropriately to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI.
• Client experience and Hospitality management--differentiate the client experience through advanced conversation skills.
• Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Work Experience
