Get away to relax, visit family or see the World!Responsibilities: As a highly visible member of the property's Leadership Team, the Assistant General Manager serves as a key liaison for hotel guests and functions as a right hand to the General Manager, while concurrently leading the Front Office Team and operations and supporting other operating departments such as Housekeeping, and engineering. The Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, have luxury hotel brand experience, and, most importantly, have a positive solution-based focus while working to maximize the overall efficiency and profitability of the hotel.Requirements:3+ Previous hotel Management experience in a brand or luxury brand setting with proven success in the leadership of teams3+ years of management experience in the Front Office and HousekeepingProven success in guest service resultsA hospitality management degree is a plusStrong financial knowledge is requiredStrong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysDrive for Results demonstrated through successful performance in prior leadership positionsTime management skills to meet commitments across multiple departments and roles$110k/annually
