Part-Time Office Assistant (Direct-Hire) Location: Decatur, IN Pay: $20.00/hr Schedule: 16 hours per week | Tuesdays + Wednesdays 7:00AM-4:30PM Pro Resources is hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant for a well-established industrial company in Decatur, IN. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule. Key Responsibilities: Answer phones and take messages as needed Greet visitors, vendors, contractors, and job applicants Distribute applications and assist with aptitude testing when supporting HR File and maintain organized records Scan bills and documents into job folders Run company errands as needed Support general office functions and other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office required Basic QuickBooks knowledge is a plus Strong communication skills and professionalism High attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Approximately 16 hours per week Additional Requirements: Steel toe safety shoes required Why This Opportunity?
