$5,000 Sign On/Retention Bonus

Opportunities primarily available on 2nd and 3rd shift. Consistent schedule and guaranteed 40 hours with opportunity for overtime.

Responsibilities

Position Summary: The Electro-Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the assembly, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems in machinery, equipment, and production lines. This role requires a strong understanding of both mechanical components and electrical systems.

• Assemble and install electrical and mechanical components according to schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to verify the functionality of equipment.
• Document repairs, calibrations, and part replacements in maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new equipment installs or modifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Ability to work mandatory over time.
• Performs other duties as requested by Management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, PLCs, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to bend, twist, do extensive walking, lift up to 50 lbs, and have good hand-eye coordination.
• Must have a valid state driver's license.

Preferred: Experience with automation systems and robotic equipment. Certification in electrical or mechanical systems (e.g. Maintenance Technician Certification).
